my 2nd alarm didnt go off. it was ok, i still got to class on time. exciting about starting a web page, probably will be for the church. grabbed wildcat, woke up meredith. she could've slept until 6 pm if she'd wanted. lazy bum with no classes (actually, its just summit). went to next class. heard about all the "wesleyan church relics" IWU and John Maxwell have invested over a million dollars in on our behalf. shocked and slightly appalled. went to bookstore with the shroommate to buy bio books. pleasantly surprised to find they had the textbook in. disgusted to find they ran out of the lab books, and on my first day of lab. dang. also purchased some oil paint. waited at McCon way too long for a mint mocha frappe (they kept making the wrong drinks...they were making orders that didnt exist. we had to splain it to thems). went home. went to bio lab. hated it. totally lost. but only 5 or 6 people in it right now so thats good. came back. powwow'd with meredith aboot cooking dinner for matt arnold. mere went to class, i went to work. cleaned the kitchen/dining room, fixed up the table, marinaded and cooked the burgers, also prepared pretzels/hummus and carrots/ranch dressing as well as lima beans. kept stuff simmering til mere and matt arrived. sat down and ate. it was fun. mood music: finch. per usual. joe showed up and ate a burger too. then we set up to watch mary kate & ashley's "When in Rome" in the backyard. matt had to leave for an activity with his honorary unit in scripture. still not sure if his lips worked properly or not. online discoverd via schaller that timmer STILL doesnt know who i am, he just knew he'd brushed by greatness in the student center.

still need to buy printer ink. excited to buy new camera. excited to finish my oil paints starter kit in order to begin painting (still need: palette, black paint, turpentine). the bathtub drain got fixed today so now we can shower downstairs again. super psyched. thinking of a new screenname for stalking purposes.
