i found out today what the heck is up with my schedule this week -- we lost junior. he's our day pizza person. and since i'm insanely qualified to wake up at 9 a.m. and make 8-10 rounds of buffet pies and then work the make table by myself all through the lunch shift, i get to replace him!
so apparantly for the time being, i'm now mainly a day person. i feel....different.
