i check my own blog just in case it got updated and i didnt know it.

oddly enough, that hasn't happened yet.


the good news is the two dressers i bought online from walmart.com arrived. the mediocre news is that as soon as scotty or rich puts them together for me, i can finally finish unpacking, and that will be amazing. the bad news is that my cats left me for rich, because of his animal magnetism. *snicker* that was funny to me.

i'm liking jhumpa lahiri. yep yep yep.

i got kind of excited today because rich asked if i had any books he might like. inside, i jumped up and down and screamed "yay for literature!" but i think it might just be a false alarm, i have a feeling he's the harry-potter-and-davinci-code kind of reader. you know, the "saw the movie is the book any good?" kind of guy.

i love how one day i'm told "since we actually both have the night off for once, let's go out to dinner and then to a movie" and then when the night in question comes around, it usually ends up being "i'm going to run out for taco bell, what do you want, and then you're going to watch me play madden 07." some guys just know the way to a girl's heart. some guys just assume girls are boys with boobs.
