holy crap!
i was bored and in digs' room while she tried on every clothes she owned, when pretty much the best thing ever occured. i went to homestarrunner.com, then to the store, which most fans will know is musically inclined. their tshirts are each assigned a "doo" in a different pitch. i started small, with "hot cross buns" and then worked my way up to "mary had a little lamb." and then my creative groodness burst forth with a ray of pure white light as i managed "ode to joy." yes folks, that's right, i played "ode to joy" with internet representational tshirts.

and THERE. i just played the song again, on the keyboard. (there's a -1 in there because while you still play the note with finger #1, you go down one key. hence the negatory.)
