so anyways.....
hello folks! it sure is good to be back after having been under "Network Down" status for almost 24 hours (as far as i can tell....). yeah, God bless the internet for being up again. yippy skippy.
yep, one year..."and hopefully many more to come" thus saith (sayeth?) the Joe.
so on saturday my dad came up. we went to hartford city. we looked at suzin's car. we rang joe's doorbell. suzin's dad met joe's parents and borrowed their phone book. joe's mom asked many questions about people that went to anderson university. somehow joe's mom had conviently left the latest copy of "Signatures" from AU on the coffee table. suzin's dad thumbed through the phone book despite these interruptions. suzin sat and watched. joe made a few comments. suzin, joe, and dad went to Richard's Restaurant for lunch. joe's parents called coz the tow truck was there. suzin, joe, and dad left Richard's Restaurant quite speedily. they all sat in the car. dad parked the car. dad talked to the tow truck guy. dad talked to joe's parents. dad and suzin said "thank you." dad and suzin left. dad and suzin went to the Pontiac dealership in Marion. dad filled out a key drop-off sheet. dad dropped off the key. dad and suzin went to IWU. dad got suzin money from the ATM. dad came upstairs and unshared suzin's computer after much research. dad talked to rochelle about her computer. dad went downstairs with suzin. dad left and went home to carmel. suzin went upstairs and called joe. joe came over. suzin and joe went to walmart. suzin and joe carried many things upstairs in one trip. joe put together suzin's shelves. suzin fell asleep on the bed and joe played on the computer. joe woke suzin up. joe said "i think i'm leaving since youre sleeping." suzin made an incredibly cute puppydog face. suzin walked joe to his truck. joe drove suzin back to her dorm. joe left.
that was a fun story.
and then on sunday i went to hartford city wesleyan church with gina and tara, and afterwards we went to lunch at gina's "aunt" and "uncle"'s...she knows them from the missionary world, though i aint quite sure how exactly, but yeah they arent really related. and the "aunt" cooked us a very tasty meal, and it was good. God saw that it was good, too, just like in Genesis. yep.
sunday afternoon nap came next.
and then sunday night suzin went to dinner at Ryan's (in marion) with joe's family and joshua's friend andrea. yeah. wacked out. and then they all went to walmart for EVER. also wacked out. and finally suzin came back and did much homework. jeesh.
